Err, I shouldn't be condemning on the university that I am pursuing. However, this is the reality that everyone who study here, cannot hide this fact. Sometimes I can feel the air is not as fresh as in Ipoh or anywhere else. My university is situated in Parit Raja, Johor. Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, UTHM is the third public university in Johor besides from UTM, Skudai and UITM somewhere in Segamat. Nevertheless, UTHM is also the 16th public university in Malaysia and the first college university that upgraded its status to university due to expertise, increase number of students as well as the recognition from the higher education.UTHM is also having ISO. However, is that a shame that a factory is just beside of it?

Well, we never blame that a factory cannot be built beside a university. However, the students cannot tolerate the fumes released by this furniture factory. Not just the level of dirt and fumes, but this factory also produces noise pollution. However up to date, the occurrence of the problem is still there. I just wonder how can this factory just open up besides a school.???? This factory was established in 1993 and I bet they can't imagine that my university is also developing by the time. To close it, it will destroy the working opportunities there.  More people will be jobless. This factory one of the source of income for this little kampung of Parit Raja. Many factors need to be taken into account in order to take any action against the factory.



This is a view from the library. I still see many fumes coming. I am so pity those guys that stay inside the hostel which is situated not many yards away from the factory.  !_! I am going to move to the hostel inside the campus. So I am also one of them. God Bless Me.It's my fourth year in UTHM. I will graduate in 2013. Imagine this.Can you see that smoke????????? From this view, it seems like my university is producing smokes.Hahaha.
