Celcom,a telco service on my phone that I used for two years.In this two years I encountered a lot of things.Because I am using this UOX aka University Of X and I eligible to have activation of credit until my birthday, yet I called thousand of times to Customer Service there 1111 to ask, why my expiry date is not changed? I don't know.So, I went into this service center to verify my problems and I changed a 3G card.Yeah, I "Remember" I was happy that time.
But, When I use their service,I rate them 0 stars out of 5 stars when I found out that,
Their line of 3G is so so so so and very very very terrible.As you can always encounter this problem such as
1.Page is not available
2.Redirect to www.vlbdc.com
or
3.No respond(S) at all.Their reason is their service is being updated at the moment.Please be patient.The line will be OK later.But the problem kept on persisting.So, consumers fault or YOUR FAULT?
I don't mind if their system is being upgraded
just make sure the charges is correct
The second issue is.I got double charged by celcom.The story is like this
1.Subscribe daily unlimited to test whether a not my signal is good in my room.The signal is damn bad.So.RM 6 was cut from my credit.You can see from the
my credit from RM 27.37 was cut RM 6 for the daily unlimited this is logic.But then my credit was changed from RM 21.37 to RM 17.81 without any reasons.There will be reasons

MO - calls
SMS MO DIGI - sms to digi
Generic - they charged me RM 6 for the daily unlimited since I subscribed for it.
So when I use any data service at that day.It is free for 24 hours until it is expired.
SO, Why my credit was deducted???? Anyone can answer??

ANYONE CAN ANSWER WHY MY CREDIT IS FROM RM 17.49 SUDDENLY BECOME RM 6.94.This is the period where I was surfing the web via celcom broadband.

I borrowed RM 2 as a talktime advance so that i got something credit to use yesterday aftermy credit was only RM 0.08.So they cut me RM 2 from me there.
8/7/09 20.19:00 I was charged Rm 0.70 for this prepaid celcom 3g.Hello.I did subsribed weekly unlimited,Yet still want to charge me.What Is this???
Then I was only Refund RM 0.40 ??? Did my credit just hilang ONLY RM 0.40???
And why suddenly RM 1.00 is gone???? from 7.68 to add RM 6.98
Erm.suddenly become RM 2.08 then RM 6.98 I feel their system really GOT PROBLEM

And somehow my my credit Became RM 2.08 when I use this Broadband
The conclusion is
I subscribed Broadband package that they provide.
THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA LIKE PAY AS YOU USE
YOU CAN USE 24 HOURS for DAILY UNLIMITED BROADBAND
24 hours 7 DAYS UNLIMITED to INTERNET ACCESS for WEEKLY BROADBAND
I DON'T KNOW WHEN THEY WANNA REFUND BACK MY CREDITS
I TOP UP TWICE AND THIS HAPPENED TWICE IN JUST THREE DAYS....
THEIR SYSTEM REALLY VERY TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE
IF THEY DON'T GIVE ME BACK MY CREDITS
THEN WILL YOU HELP ME TO RAISE UP THIS ISSUE?
